Secretary of the Holy League

Dear allies,

I have spoken with Governor-General O'Brien, proposing various positions for him within the Holy League. I wish to see that all have an opportunity to serve, who are willing.

Among my proposals were a Recruiter, and a Secretary. Governor-General Brendan O'Brien agrees that the position of Secretary is most suited for him. The duties of the Secretary will be to keep records about what happens in the Holy League. I would expect him to keep copies of messages and emails about the Holy League (this would also help to keep a back-up of this forum). Also, he would keep records of any meetings of the League.
